Evans Lakeview Stables

Tyler started riding when he was 6 years old.  Tyler's mother opened a small lesson barn in Nashville when Tyler was 15, and Tyler began teaching lessons.  During this time he was highly competitive in shows doing both hunt seat riding and halter.  He also worked for two different trainers while running his lesson barn.  After graduating from high school, Tyler worked for Jack Thomas of Thomas Stables in Hartsell, AL.  

Tyler then moved back to Nashville to work as a trainer at Music City Riding Academy before moving to Knoxville to work for nationally-renowned English Arabian trainer, Joel Kiesner of Kiesner Training.  Tyler worked for Joel for two-and-a-half years before starting his individual training career working with English, hunter, Western, halter, and gaited horses.

Tyler is about teaching you the proper way to ride, with an emphasis on safety.  Whether its training you and/or your horse to be show ring ready, trail, pleasure or barrel racing, he will teach you how to commuicate with the horse through body language with hand and leg cues. 

Whatever lesson or style you are seeking, we can provide for you... Beginning or Advanced, we offer English, Western, Hunter riding lessons for ages 4 and up.

Lessons are available by appointment only.

Please Note::  When you make your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early.  This allows you to groom and tack your horse, prior to your lesson.  When we say your lesson is 30 or 60 minutes, that is the time you will be ON the horse. Please allow the extra 15 minutes so you can prep and have your full lesson time riding.  Don't short change yourself !  

                                                                                             Lesson A:  Arrive, groom, and tack your horse, ride for 30 minutes, and un-tack horse.  This entire experience lasts approximately 45 minutes  $25.00 

Lesson B: Arrive, groom and tack your horse, ride for a full hour and un-tack horse.  This riding experiance lasts approximately an hour and fifteen minutes  $40.00
